This English translation is provided for information. The Turkish version of this text is legally binding.

This guide summarises the steps to follow when ordering from our website and your rights, in accordance with Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Electronic Commerce Intermediary Service Providers and Electronic Commerce Service Providers (Art. 7).

1. How to order

  1. Choose your product. On the product page, select the size, colour and quantity; check the product features, the price including taxes and the stock availability.
  2. Add to cart. On the cart page you can see the products, quantities and total amount; you can change quantities or remove products from the cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout. You can log in or continue without signing up.
  4. Enter your delivery and billing details. For a company invoice, tick the invoice option and enter your company details. Delivery is to addresses within Türkiye only.
  5. Enter your payment details. Payments are taken by credit card / debit card via the PayTR secure payment system; your card details are entered in the PayTR payment field. Any available instalment options are shown at this step.
  6. Read the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The documents are shown in a pop-up window at checkout, together with your order details.
  7. Place your order. The confirmation and payment step creates an obligation to pay.
  8. Order confirmation. Once your order has been received, this is shown on screen and sent to your email address.

You can also order via our WhatsApp line; in this case, the product, total amount and right of withdrawal information will be sent to you in writing before you pay.

2. Correcting errors

  • Before placing your order, you can change the products, sizes, colours and quantities, or remove products, on the cart page.
  • At checkout you can edit your delivery and billing details and go back to the previous step.
  • The order summary at checkout lets you check all details one last time before confirming.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible on 0545 282 17 86 or at [email protected]. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected.

3. Storage of and access to the contract

The Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are recorded electronically together with your order. A copy of the agreement is sent to you on a durable medium (email); you can also request a copy at any time from [email protected]. If you have an account, you can access your order details under "My account". As required by law, the seller keeps transaction records for at least 3 years (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 20).
