From request to delivery
List the products (or the type of work),colours, size breakdown and quantities, the destination country and whether you need a logo. Rough numbers are fine at this stage.
We check stock and logo suitability and send a quotation in USD with unit prices, validity, lead time, delivery method and payment terms.
You confirm the items and the final size breakdown. Payment follows the terms in the quotation.
Goods are prepared and packed with a packing list, then handed over in Istanbul to your forwarder or shipped as agreed.
Logo service
The method is chosen by looking at the fabric, the logo detail, the position and how the garment will be used. You do not need to decide in advance.
The logo is stitched with thread. Small text, fine lines, the fabric and the position are checked for suitability.
The artwork is applied with a suitable printing method. Colours, detail, fabric and use determine which technique is considered.
Not every product is suitable for a logo. For protective or certified items (for example hi-vis or flame-retardant garments),suitability is confirmed with the manufacturer first.
Standards and documents
Delivery to your country
If you work with a forwarder, goods can be handed over to them in Istanbul (EXW). If you prefer, we can quote a shipment to your city instead.
Enquiries are welcome from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Iraq, the GCC countries, Libya, Central Asia and elsewhere. Tell us the destination city and whether you already work with a forwarder in Türkiye.

Quotations are issued in USD with a validity date. Prices on the website are shown in USD for reference and may differ from a bulk quotation.
It depends on stock, quantities and any logo work. Your target date can be included in the request; the confirmed lead time is written in the quotation.
Yes. Send the breakdown you have in mind; availability is checked for each size and colour.
Sample options depend on the product. If a sample is possible, its cost and effect on timing are shared in advance.
Yes. The commercial invoice is issued to your company name and can include your tax, VAT or TRN number. Send these details with your order confirmation.
For most products a sample can be supplied at the product price plus delivery. Availability and cost are confirmed in your quotation.
Website prices in USD are indicative retail prices. Bulk prices depend on the products, quantities and logo work and are given in your written quotation.
