Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Your return, step by step

For orders you place as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, except in the legal exceptions listed below. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before the product is delivered to you. If the products in a single order were delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last product.

01 · Notice of withdrawal

Simply send us your decision to withdraw in writing before the 14-day period expires:

For your notice, you may use the Withdrawal Form attached to the Distance Sales Agreement or send a short written statement clearly stating your decision to withdraw. Including your order number and the product you wish to return makes the process easier. For help with sending your notice, contact us on 0545 282 17 86 or via WhatsApp (Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00). Our support process does not make your legal right of withdrawal subject to prior approval.

02 · Send the product back

Send the product to the returns address below within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal:

This address is the returns point for our orders (our supplier's premises); it is not the seller's registered address.

Please include your order number in the parcel. You are not responsible for changes resulting from examining the product in the normal way (e.g. trying on the size).

03 · Return shipping costs

The seller does not specify a particular carrier (shipping company) for returns. Therefore, under Article 12(5) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, you will not be charged return shipping costs for returns made under your right of withdrawal. If you have to pay the shipping cost yourself, send the shipping receipt or proof of postage to [email protected] and the amount will be reimbursed together with your refund. We recommend contacting us before you send the product; this step is optional and does not limit your legal rights.

04 · Refund

The full amount you paid, including any cost of delivering the product to you, will be refunded within 14 days. As the seller does not specify a carrier for returns, this period starts from the date the product reaches us; if you withdrew before the product was delivered to you, it starts from the date your notice of withdrawal reaches us. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, in a single payment and without any charge to you. For card payments, the refund is made to your card; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply

• Personalised products: Products prepared to your specifications or personal needs (e.g. products with logo printing or embroidery).
• Hygiene products: Products whose protective packaging, tape, seal or pack has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. disposable masks or ear plugs that come into direct contact with the body). Your right of withdrawal still applies to products with unopened packaging.

Defective (faulty) products

If your product turns out to be defective, your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain unaffected, independently of the right of withdrawal: you may choose to withdraw from the contract, receive a price reduction, have the product repaired free of charge or, where possible, have it replaced with a defect-free equivalent. Defects that appear within six months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. To report a defective product, write to [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp; the seller bears the shipping costs of the defective product both to you and to us.

Exchanges

For requests such as a size or colour exchange, please contact our support team. Exchanges are a voluntary service, separate from the legal right of withdrawal and subject to stock availability; you may always use your right of withdrawal instead of an exchange.

Business (trade) orders

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed for commercial or professional purposes (e.g. products purchased by companies for their employees). For bulk and personalised (logo printing/embroidery) orders prepared on the basis of a quotation, the terms stated in the written quotation apply.
