This agreement is concluded between MUHAMMED EMRE AKYOL ("Vitrin Online"; Tax office/no: Erenköy / 0450348872; Address: 19 Mayıs Mahallesi, Dilara Sokak, Beyaz Saray Apartmanı, No: 11, İç Kapı No: 39, Kadıköy / İstanbul; Email: [email protected]; KEP (registered electronic mail): [email protected]; Phone: 0545 282 17 86),who operates the website www.vitrinonline.com and the Vitrin Online mobile app (the "Site"),and the person who registers as a member of the Site (the "Member"),when the Member completes the registration form and accepts this agreement electronically.
2.1 This agreement sets out the terms for using the Member's account on the Site: creating an account, logging in, viewing order history and addresses, the favourites list, submitting product reviews and similar membership services.
2.2 Every purchase made through the Site is subject to the Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, which are shown separately during checkout. This agreement does not in any way limit the consumer's rights under Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
2.3 Membership is not required to shop on the Site; orders can also be placed without signing up.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
3.2 The Member confirms that the information provided during and after registration is accurate, up to date and their own; changes can be updated in the account.
3.3 A person registering on behalf of a business confirms that they are authorised to represent that business.
4.1 The Member is responsible for keeping their password confidential. If the Member notices any unauthorised use of their account, they must notify us immediately at [email protected] or on 0545 282 17 86.
4.2 Vitrin Online will never ask the Member for their password or card details by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp.
When using the Site, the Member agrees to act in accordance with applicable legislation and this agreement; not to use automated tools that disrupt the Site's operation, compromise its security or place an excessive load on it; not to use another person's identity or contact details; and not to post content in reviews and comments that is untrue, insulting, infringes personal or intellectual property rights, or contains advertising or personal data.
Reviews submitted by the Member are checked before publication; content that breaches clause 5 may not be published or may be removed. Reviews that comply with the rules will not be removed simply because they are negative.
All rights to the design, logo, text, photographs and other content on the Site belong to Vitrin Online or the relevant rights holders (e.g. product brands); apart from personal, non-commercial use, they may not be copied or used without permission.
The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. Accepting this agreement does not mean giving explicit consent to the processing of personal data.
Offers and announcements are sent by email or SMS only with the consent the Member gives separately and optionally on the registration form or later; not giving consent does not affect membership or shopping. The Member may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the messages, by writing to [email protected], or through the Message Management System (İYS). Vitrin Online takes reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption or errors; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond its control. This clause does not limit Vitrin Online's statutory liability or the consumer's legal rights.
11.1 The Member may end their membership at any time by deleting their account on the "My account" page or by writing to [email protected]. Ending membership does not affect rights and obligations arising from completed orders.
11.2 If the Member seriously breaches this agreement (e.g. using another person's identity or compromising the Site's security),Vitrin Online may suspend or terminate the membership after notifying the Member with the reasons. Ongoing orders and the Member's legal rights remain unaffected.
11.3 When membership ends, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of the retention periods stated in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Vitrin Online may amend this agreement with effect for the future. Changes are published on the Site; significant changes are also notified to the Member's registered email address. If the Member does not accept a change, they may end their membership. Changes do not apply to completed orders.
Notices between the parties are sent to the email address registered in the Member's account and to Vitrin Online's contact details in clause 1. Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this agreement. A Member acting as a consumer may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and, for disputes above these limits, to consumer courts once the mandatory mediation requirement has been met; consumer cases may also be filed at the consumer's place of residence.
This agreement enters into force when the Member gives their consent on the registration form. The current version is always available at www.vitrinonline.com/kullanici-sozlesmesi and may be saved and printed by the Member.
