In Türkiye, delivery time depends on preparation time, address and carrier schedule. For bulk and international orders, the delivery method (handover in Istanbul or shipment) and timing are set in your quotation.

If your order must arrive by a specific date, contact us with the product code before you buy and we will confirm the current dispatch status.

You can check the status of your order on the Order Tracking page.

Product support and returns

If you have a problem with a product, contact us with your order number. See Returns and Refunds for the return process and conditions.
