FAQ
Does the ABEK1 filter protect against dust and particles?
No. Gas/vapour filters do not capture particles; where dust, fumes or mist are present, a combined filter including a particle filter (P class) is required.
Can it be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres?
No. Filtering respiratory protection must not be used in oxygen-deficient environments (e.g. enclosed tanks, wells); in such cases a supplied-air device is required.
